Are you excited and ready to experience the magic of the Perfectly Mambo events? Would you like to help us make the 2nd edition of our festival run as smooth as possible? Do you want to support us in making the attendees feel welcome and well taken care of? If so, we'd love to have you join us as volunteers for our upcoming Perfectly Mambo Geneva Weekend on 29-31 August 2025!
As a volunteer, you'll not only be part of creating unforgettable memories for our attendees, but also get to experience the festival from behind the scenes. Whether you're a seasoned mambo aficionado or just discovering the magic of this dance, we invite you to join our dynamic team and help us make this event truly unforgettable!

Mambo Squad:
join the core team and get a free party pass!
We ask you to give us 10 hours of your time over the weekend, including 5 during the early morning hours (2-6 am) on the three party nights or on the set-up and clean-up days (Friday and Monday). In exchange, you'll receive a free party pass for the event (value of EUR 150 at the time of the event).
It is important for us to count on our volunteers, so we ask for a EUR 40 deposit from you, which will be returned within 10 days after the event if you have completed all your assigned shifts. If you change your mind later or can't make it, we'll authorize the transfer of the deposit to the 2026 edition, but we won't be able to refund it this year. This helps us ensure that our volunteer teams are complete and operational during the event.
Rhythm Runners:

We ask you to give us 5 hours of your time over the weekend, including 2.5 during the early morning hours (2-6 am) on the three party nights or on the set-up and clean-up days (Friday and Monday). In exchange, you can buy your party pass for EUR 75 (value of EUR 150 at the time of the event).
It is important for us to count on our volunteers, so you will pay EUR 115 for your pass, and we will reimburse you EUR 40 within 10 days after the event if you have completed all your assigned shifts. If you change your mind later or can't make it, we'll authorize the transfer of the pass to the 2026 edition, but we won't be able to refund it this year. This helps us ensure that our volunteer teams are complete and operational during the event.
Different volunteer roles to match your skills and interests
We will need volunteers throughout the three days, but most tasks will be performed at the evening parties. The main volunteer stations will be:
- Registration desk
- Ticket sales
- Information point and goodies management
- Bar and snack management
- Set-up and dismantling of the venue (no heavy labor required)
- Keeping the dance area neat and safe (e.g. removing any empty glasses, wiping spilled drinks)
- Massage registrations
We'll do our best to respect your task and shift preferences!
We will finalize the volunteer schedules by late July, and will make every effort possible to accommodate your wishes with respect to the types of tasks you like and times when you'd like to do your shifts. However, we cannot guarantee that you will get all of your preferred shifts, as they are structured around the needs of the festival.
Even if you are part of the core volunteer team, you'll still have plenty of time to dance!

Please complete the form to join as a volunteer.
When we receive your application, we will send you a payment link for your volunteer pass that includes the deposit. The payment will need to be made within a week of you receiving the link. If we do not receive your payment by the deadline, we will consider you changed your mind and will take you off our list of volunteers. Once we receive your payment, you'll be able to choose your preferred shifts on our volunteer platform!
